1. Agreement to these terms

This website is operated by Lady Jones, LLC (“Lady Jones”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using ladyjones.co, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is, and what it is not

This site exists to describe who we are and the work we do. Everything on it is general information.

Browsing the site, reading about a service, or sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship, a consulting engagement, or any obligation on either side. Nothing here is an offer to perform work, and nothing here should be treated as professional advice tailored to your situation — whether on leadership, technology, data, careers, or anything else. Before acting on anything you read here, get advice that accounts for your actual circumstances.

3. Engagements are governed separately

Consulting, coaching, training, and every other service described on this site are performed only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, setting out scope, fees, timelines, and responsibilities.

Where anything on this site conflicts with a signed engagement agreement, that agreement controls. Descriptions of services here are illustrative and may change without notice.

4. Acceptable use

You may read, print, and share this site for your own reference. You may not:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes someone else’s rights
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system
• interfere with the site’s operation, or introduce malicious code
• collect data from the site by automated means in a way that burdens or disrupts it
• misrepresent your affiliation with Lady Jones, or use our name or marks to imply endorsement

5. Our content

The text, design, layout, graphics, logos, and other material on this site belong to Lady Jones or to those who have licensed it to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Republishing substantial portions, or using our name, wordmark, or brand marks commercially, requires our written permission.

Some methods referenced on this site are the intellectual property of others, and are named here descriptively rather than as any claim of ownership or affiliation beyond the certifications held:

• The Body & Style framework, including the Style Roots system and Body Matrix, is the work of Ellie-Jean Royden.
• Other product, company, and organisation names on this site are the marks of their respective owners.

7. Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party site, publication, or podcast, we do so for reference. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

8. Availability and accuracy

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
