Adrian Owen Jones
Founder & President
Adrian founded Lady Jones in 2020 at the request of friends and family — she was already on call, helping leaders pivot their teams and their technology all at once.
She believes that most technology problems are actually people problems, and runs the technology transition and leadership development together in parallel.
Adrian is a former world-ranked gamer, Certified Fundraising Executive, Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, consulting partner at Success Labs, and host of the Leading in Change podcast.
