Privacy Policy
How this website handles information. It is short, because there is not much to say.
The short version
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of our own. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send. We do not build a profile of you or sell your personal information. The providers that deliver this site process limited technical information as described below.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by Lady Jones, LLC of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. For anything in this policy, write to hello@ladyjones.co.
2. What we collect
Only what you send us by email. We receive your name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message. We use it to reply and to carry on the conversation that follows, and we keep the correspondence for as long as that is useful.
We will not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.
Email is not a secure channel. Please do not send confidential organizational data, credentials, or anything sensitive before we have agreed a secure way to exchange it.
3. What we do not collect
- No analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or heatmapping.
- No cookies of our own, and nothing stored in your browser.
- No accounts and no logins.
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
4. Two things that happen automatically
The server that delivers these pages keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type — generated by the hosting provider for security and troubleshooting, not by us for analysis.
The site’s typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads. We do not see that data.
5. Client work is separate
This policy covers the website. Information handled during a consulting, coaching, or training engagement — including any organizational data we are given access to — is governed by the signed engagement agreement, not by this page.
6. Changes, and getting in touch
If the site starts doing more, this policy will be updated before that goes live, and the date at the top will change. Questions, requests, or complaints go to hello@ladyjones.co.
