Executive Coaching

Talent is what you are born with. Strengths are what you make of those talents. My coaching helps you develop your innate abilities into real assets — strengths — that help you work more effectively and efficiently, and lead to a happier, healthier life. I help you become a better leader through a simple framework:

  • NameKnow what your strengths are, in specific terms rather than adjectives.
  • ClaimSee how they show up in your relationships, your work, and your performance.
  • AimPoint them where they compound, so they get stronger with use.
  • 1:1 Coaching

One-on-one coaching for leaders who want a clear-eyed outside perspective on how they lead. Sessions draw on CliftonStrengths and Enneagram work to ground the conversation in how you are wired. Coaching fits well for someone stepping into a bigger role, working through a specific leadership challenge, or wanting an ongoing thinking partner outside their organization.

  • Image & Executive Presence Coaching

Grounded in Ellie-Jean Royden’s Body & Style framework — her Style Roots system and Body Matrix — this work starts with what makes a client feel like herself. Packages are built around career transitions and new-role moments, from a single Style Portrait session up through a full seasonal wardrobe roadmap and ongoing styling support.

Organizational Strategy

The same strengths work, applied to a team instead of a person — so a leadership group knows how it is wired, and builds around that.

  • Strengths Training

Using the CliftonStrengths assessment, teams learn how each person is wired to do their best work — and how to build a team culture around those strengths. Sessions run as a single workshop or an ongoing series, depending on what the team needs.

  • Strengths-Based Leadership Consulting

Organizational-level work that applies CliftonStrengths beyond the individual workshop — building it into how a leadership team makes decisions, delegates, hires, and works together day to day. Where Strengths Training introduces the framework, this is the ongoing consulting relationship that puts it to work inside your organization.

Data & Technology

Most technology problems are actually people problems, so this work runs the systems and the people together: planning, cleanup, automation, and training teams to use the tools they already own.

  • AI Training & Adoption

The tools are already in the building. What teams need is a clear, sequenced way to use them, and this runs as a phased engagement: foundational training so everyone shares the same baseline understanding of AI and tools like ChatGPT, then department- and role-specific applications so the training fits people’s work, and finally custom solutions built around your team’s workflows.

  • Data Strategy & Management

Good decisions start with data you can trust — and most organizations, nonprofits especially, are sitting on more of it than they realize. This work covers auditing what you have, building systems that make reporting and analysis possible, and setting up habits that keep the data usable long after the engagement ends.

  • Process Optimization & Automation

A full remote-work rollout in days instead of months only worked because the systems were already in place before anyone knew they’d need them. This service is the same instinct applied elsewhere: mapping how your team works, finding what’s slowing people down, and automating the repetitive parts so staff can spend their time on the work that matters.

  • Technical Leadership Development

This work grows the technical talent already on staff into people who can lead with those skills, so capability stays when one person leaves.

Engagements are scoped to the organization or the person, so pricing follows the shape of the work. A first conversation is the fastest route to a number.
